At the essence of what I do,
I am a Ceremonialist.
As a Ceremonialist, I seek to connect us to the ceremony that exists around, within, and through us at all times.
Everything we do… every prayer, every breath, every thread of ritual and intention we weave into the fabric of our being is an invitation to participate more fully in the most beautiful ceremony of all: Daily life.
I facilitate experiences and create spaces where we can honour, celebrate, grieve, release, process and feel supported through transition; through our constant cycles of birth, life, death and rebirth.
From that place of presence, I believe we can work to develop and broaden our capacity to be with ALL of our Self, and experience deep self-compassion, acceptance, healing, and love.
I’m committed to creating a beautiful, fulfilling life… one that feels meaningful, infused with joy, creation, pleasure, depth, and purpose. Something I’ve witnessed is that when we take time to commune with Self, community, and Spirit, inviting ceremony into the perceived mundanities of our daily life, a deep shift occurs: bringing sacredness and reverence the once “ordinary”; expanding the scope of what we believe is possible for us.
I feel the need for ceremony in my bones — especially during a time where so many of us are disconnected: from Self, other, and the natural world. I do not work solely within a specific practice or lineage, and am committed to operating from a place of acknowledgment and respect.
Thank you for being here, and I look forward to gathering with you.
